Vision Confirmation Flippers

They have spherical glass lenses used to check the myopic or hypermetropic defect.
Used to verify that the dioptre previously detected on both eyes is adequate. The device is used after the professional has detected the vision correction to be applied. Binocular flippers can also be used to verify that the correction on the individual's eyeglasses is still adequate.
The measurement is carried out at the same distance from the eye chart at which the eye test was carried out to define the initial correction.The strength of the lenses is the same on both sides but with the opposite sign.
Example: + 0.25 D on one side and - 0.25 D on the other.
